Patty serves on the board of the Homebuilders Association of Lower Delaware (Past-President 1996-1999) and is a member of the National Association of Home Builders Remodelor's Council. She is also recognized by her peers nationally: in 1998 she was recognized by Remodeling Magazine as one of "THE Big 50" and in 1996, was honored with a Pacesetter Award by Custom Home Magazine. This annual award recognizes 15 of the top custom homebuilders in America.
A 1980 graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology School of Architecture and Urban Planning, Patty speaks frequently at national building industry conferences on subjects ranging from cutting-edge building techniques to superior business management. She has also written numerous articles on home building and remodeling for national and local publications.
