Meet the Team
Founder and President Patty McDaniel
Certified Graduate Remodeler & Certified Green Professional
I’ve always loved houses and I had the good fortune to grow up with my four siblings in a unique home built by both my parents and grandfather. Throughout my childhood, it was remodeled and expanded several times. Our mechanical-contracting family business was started by my father and his father, which is now successfully run by my sister. I grew up in, on, and around construction sites, so building is in my bones. As a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, School of Architecture and Planning, I value applied education. In 2002 I achieved my Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) designation from the NAHB Remodelers Council which insures standards for professionalism, experience and commitment to quality. In 2009 I completed additional training to achieve the Certified Green Professional (CGP) designation. I am an experienced speaker at professional conferences, and I also author industry articles (see Articles pages).
