Aubrey Keady-Molandphy

Aubrey is a Licensed Architect who generates all of the in house designs at Boardwalk Builders. Designing spaces to meet clients’ goals and aesthetics and ensuring code compliance. In addition, she purchases all interior finishes and coordinates with the production team when necessary for onsite problem solving. 

Starting with various internships during her college career at Tulane University, Aubrey brings a decade of experience in the industry including custom millwork and both commercial & residential architecture. Professionally, Aubrey most enjoys problem solving aspect of design, working with clients to create their visions and bringing it to life within the project constraints.

She loves working at Boardwalk Builders because there is a good mix of long-term experience & fresh ideas. She knows the team has a solid knowledge base for how things can be best constructed without the fear of pushing the envelope or trying something new. She also really appreciates working with a female lead construction company because it feels more inclusive and collaborative than some of the past places she worked for. 

In her free time Aubrey enjoys going to the beach with her dog Takoma and working on ceramics projects at the Rehoboth Art League
